In this project we removed the old wood window and installed a new vinyl window to be more heat efficient. While in the removal phase we also added insulation and sealed up the window to eliminate heat loss.

As part of the transformation we also removed part of a partition wall that really opened it up and created an inviting feeling.

The lighting was upgraded with LED pot lights as well and a new vanity light.

The exhaust fan was on it’s last lag so we upgraded that to a new 
Whisper Quite Fan by Panasonic. It was connected to the exterior vent with insulated duct, a sometimes overlooked detail when ducting through an attic.

Custom showers need to have proper waterproofing to ensure longevity. Despite what most think tile and grout are porous meaning that they are not waterproof on their own. That’s why we trust a advanced waterproofing system made by Schluter.

Every custom shower gets a full inspection before tile installation begins. That process involves a 24 hour flood test of the shower pan. Once this test has passed we are confident that we can honour our warranty on the installation and our client has some insurance of quality.

This minimalist design opens up the shower visually while still containing moisture effectively. 🧱 Infinity Niche with Mitered Tile Edges

A standout feature is the infinity shower niche—a recessed shelf that blends seamlessly into the wall with a clean, uninterrupted look. We used mitered tile edges to create a smooth, seamless frame, avoiding metal edging or bulky trims. The result is a refined and luxurious look that adds both beauty and storage.

This detail, often seen in designer bathrooms, adds a high-end touch to the space while offering practical storage for shampoo bottles, soaps, and décor.

🪑 Built-In Custom Bench

Comfort and accessibility were also top priorities. We added a custom bench with a matching tile finish, perfect for sitting, shaving, or placing towels and bath products. It not only enhances comfort but also future-proofs the bathroom for long-term use.
