An Extension of the Home - 3 Season Sun Room
This was a fun project! The client knew exactly what they wanted and we were there to execute! The roof sits on helical piles making for a strong foundation. This project was structurally designed by our engineer and plans approved by the township. The new roofline ties into the existing roof of the house for a seamless connection.
The details on this were clean choices to match the feel of the home. The siding is LP Smart Side Panel with an asphalt shingle roof. The client opted to do the painting of the exterior and sealing the inside themselves…which was ok with us.
The screen were custom made to fit and are removeable for cleaning.
The interior of the sun room was finished with tongue and groove pine which has a classic country feel.
We maximized the window sizes to allow for the best view and then made the screens to fit on site.
The room is fitted with electrical outlets and a ceiling fan for air circulate the air on the muggy days.
