Pressure Treated Deck in Osgoode

We installed this multi-level wood deck for our client in Osgoode. Supported by concrete footings and a pressure treated frame to make a strong built deck.

Designing this deck was a bit interesting as there are 3 doors exiting the house with different heights and this is the best option.  The client didn’t want too much railing so it was decided to wrap the steps around the 2 levels which gives it a nice modern look. We did end up putting a privacy screen on the long side facing the road.

The landscaping was done by another company at a later time so we built the steps level and not to match the grade as we normally would.
